How your thoughts shape you reality

The human mind is duplex in nature. The conscious level of the mind is able to reason and make decisions, such as where to live and what to eat. The subconscious is responsible for the body’s functioning, distinctly out of conscious thought and control; no one has to make a conscious choice to have a heartbeat, for example. When the conscious mind thinks thoughts repeatedly, they become embedded in the subconscious mind. Unlike the conscious mind, the subconscious mind doesn’t reason or differentiate between good and bad. Regardless of whether thoughts are negative or harmonious, the subconscious mind responds by sending out vibrations in accordance with those thoughts.

Beliefs that arise in the conscious mind get planted in the subconscious mind. The universal law of action and reaction ensures that a belief, whether positive or negative, will produce a reaction from the subconscious mind in time. The subconscious mind does not judge thoughts it receives from the conscious mind. The subconscious mind accepts whatever thought it receives and proceeds to emit vibrations that result in experiences that match thoughts. Therefore, it’s critical to pay attention and to correct negative thoughts as soon as possible.

The notion that thought creates reality came into the mainstream in 2006, when author Rhonda Byrne published The Secret, her blockbuster book that explains how thoughts draw circumstances into people’s lives. Byrne believes that each thought has its own frequency and that the subconscious mind sends that frequency out to the universe. The universe then brings people and situations that match that frequency into a person’s life experience. To change negative or unwanted situations, it’s imperative to start by rooting out and correcting the thoughts that are responsible for bringing in those situations in the first place. This is also known as the law of attraction. According to this law, all people have within them the power of creation. The transmission that each individual emits has the ability to change both single lives and the larger world.

Techniques like practicing gratitude and asking for guidance from the subconscious before going to sleep can help people change their subconscious thoughts. Tapping into the subconscious is akin to tapping into divine intelligence and the infinite wisdom and perfection that God intended for all human beings. Freedom from negativity and fear is entirely possible for anyone who changes their thoughts. The natural orientation of the subconscious is one of health, prosperity, success, love, and fulfillment.

When you receive a negative thought, the best thing you can do to reject it out of your subconscious is to repeat the opposite of the thought in a positive manner. This sends a signal to your brain that that the negative thought should not be planted and rather the positive should be taken into consideration for settling in. Once you repeat this technique, your brain will be automatically be programmed to reject the negative and accept the positive thoughts.

So make sure you consciously put in the effort to monitor your thoughts for they shape your reality! Goodbye. 👊

THE ULTIMATE SECRET BEHIND WAKING UP EARLY

Its Morning. Your alarm rings and creates this utterly annoying sound. You hit the snooze button and slide back into your cozy blanket. You promise yourself to get up right after the ringing sound hits your ears the next day. But when the next morning approaches and that alarm rings, you just can't find the energy to stand up and make some excuses to yourself to slide back into the blanket. Trust me, I can relate to that. Early mornings are the most productive times of one's day and rising early is a skill. Here are the 7 secrets to help you wake up early and set you up for a mindful and productive day.  1. Have a strong "Why": If you do not have a well-defined reason for getting up early, your mornings will naturally begin to tend toward napping. I agree that quitting this behavior is difficult, and if you want to go through the battle, you must have a compelling reason to do so. Be very clear about what you want to do with the additional early time. 2.Add a reward f...
