HOW TO CONTROL AND MANAGE LIFE PROBLEMS EFFECTIVELY?

We often face multiple type of problems in our day to day lives which often stress and upset us. So, how do we manage them?

Just imagine that all the problem in our lives fall in the  circle of concern you see on the right. The  circle of concern has a smaller circle inside it which is the circle of influence. This circle of influence contains  the problems that can be controlled or changed by us e.g.: The words we speak, our habits.

All the problems that are totally uncontrollable lie outside this influence circle.

What we often tend to do is mainly put our focus and energy on the problems that don't lie in the circle of concern knowing that this will waste our time and energy and dwelling on them wont get us anywhere. Doing so will also shrink your circle of influence and get more problems out of your control. So if u ever notice yourself doing this stop it.

What you should rather do is only focus on the problems that in the circle of influence. This will not be a waste but a productive use of our precious time and energy. By doing so you will expand your circle of influence and you will slowly be able to take control of more problems in your life.

Hope you have a great day 💗 !

It doesn't mean agreeing with someone; It mean that you completely and deeply understand the person at an emotional and intellectual level. It involves much more than just understanding the words that are said. Empathetic listening gives the other person freedom of speech and makes him/her feel that he/she is being understood. The 4 stages of empathic listening : 1) Content mimic:   It is reflective listening in which you mimic the other person's speech in the same sought of words and language without understanding. 2) Content rephrasing :  It is when you reflect the other party's speech in your own words by just understanding the meaning of the sentence at the very surface level. It des not involve seeing the situation through the other person's view.              ...

THIS BLOG WILL CHANGE THE WAY YOU APPROACH THE HABIT OF BINGE-WATCHING

There's no better feeling on this planet than spending a lazy weekend slouching on your couch, wrapping yourself under the soft blanket, with a cup of coffee in your hand, binge-watching your favorite Netflix series. Our mood is against grinding and our mind just wants to be lazy. Especially during these uncertain times of the pandemic, it just seems the best thing to do. But there are ways you can work on improving yourself by just binge-watching on that cold Saturday morning. In this post, I'll be talking about 5 Netflix Documentaries that will change your perspective about life.  1. The Last Dance: This Documentary is the BEST among all on the list. It gives a sneak-peak on what made Micheal "Air" Jordan the 6-time NBA champion and what some call "The Greatest Player the game has ever seen." It gives us insights into how the "Black Cat" conducted himself, his reaction to failure, the loss of his beloved dad, his unbelievable competitive spirit, ...
